Manufacturing

We offer an all encompassing brand solution. To complement our clothing manufacturing service we offer a vast array of other services to assist fledgling clothing brands. We have a standard manufacturing process which is applied to most orders.

We are able to produce numerous styles of garments, ranging from t-shirts and polos to dresses and shorts. There is a combined weekly capacity of 20,000+ garments allowing us to still achieve fast turnaround delivery back to the UK. We can accommodate and advise on all import options.

Design & Sampling

Our highly qualified design team works closely with our customers to ensure that the delicate balance between creativity and commercialism is met, creating trend-led, profitable designs.

From 3D-Knitting Simultaion to Machine Programming, our highly skilled technicians using APEX to program your piece to achieve the look you require quickly enabling a faster design to production to store service

Labels and Packing

Great care is taken to ensure that garments are correctly labelled and packed in-line with customer specifications.

We also have facilities to print individual customer barcodes in-house, speeding up delivery lead times. We are supplying the retail sector with quality, specialist packaging to enhance the ‘on the shelf’ presence of products. The majority of this revolves around the clothing industry, which have very high levels of expectation, when it comes to quality and ‘on time’ delivery.
